Nõya Care was born from one shared frustration: hair care often promises everything, but rarely understands what different hair textures and scalps truly need.

We founded Nõya Care because we believed hair care could be better. More thoughtful. More transparent. More inclusive.

Hair care shouldn't leave you guessing. It should help you understand your hair, care for your scalp and build a routine you can truly trust.

WHY WE STARTED

We knew hair care could be better.

A dry, flaky scalp. Product buildup that kept coming back. Hair that felt fragile and hard to strengthen. We tried product after product, all with big promises, but too often we were left with the same worries and even more questions.

We realised the problem wasn't a lack of products. It was a lack of hair care that truly listened.

Different textures, scalps and routines call for different care. Yet finding products that felt effective, understandable and trustworthy was needlessly hard.

That frustration became our turning point.

Instead of settling for yet another quick fix, we went looking for better answers. That search became the foundation of Nõya Care.

Your hair was never the problem. It just needed to be understood.

Our dream for Nõya Care goes far beyond a webshop. One day we want to open the doors of our own Nõya Care space in the heart of Rotterdam: a warm place where products, knowledge and community come together.

A place where you discover what your hair and scalp truly need, get personal advice and learn how to build a routine that suits you. With workshops, demonstrations and honest conversations, we want to make hair care easier to understand and more enjoyable.

But above all, we want to create a place where every texture is celebrated and everyone feels seen.

We are building Nõya Care step by step. From the products we make today to the Rotterdam community we hope to welcome tomorrow.
